Requirements

• MBA (Marketing) or BE with sales experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales of technical services and dealing with elite clients of industrial machinery in Pakistan.
• Ability and personality to deal with director-level clients.

Scope of the Role

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the Business Development Executive will support the expansion of the clientele by creating and applying effective sales strategies. The BDE will contribute to sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Create relationships with decision makers in prospective customer companies.
• Respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Maintain prospective client databases using Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.
• Keep up-to-date with technical details of Air Audit Services.
• Stay updated with technical developments in compressed air.
• Answer potential client questions and follow-up calls.
• Develop expertise in collecting customer data on compressed air systems.
• Interpret compressed air and compressor system data for preparing quotations.
• Create quotations.
• Analyze customer situations and suggest improvements to the sales approach.
• Prepare for and attend trade shows to promote Air Audit services.
• Provide pre-audit preparation assistance to the Audit Team.
• Sort out problems faced by the Audit Team at customer premises.

Competencies

Requirements

• BBA / MBA Marketing.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct marketing research.

• Conduct compressed air system audits at client premises.
• Install and monitor audit equipment.
• Collect and analyze system performance data.

Competencies

• DAE / B.Tech / BE, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
